Aspire Developmental Pathways is a collaborative, child-centered community dedicated to helping children grow, learn, and thrive. We believe every child has unique strengths, and our role is to create supportive environments where those strengths can shine.
Our team provides individualized, evidence-based support through meaningful, engaging experiences. With a culturally responsive, bilingual English and Spanish team, we strive to make services accessible, family-centered, and clinically sound.
At Aspire, we don’t just provide services - we build pathways. Pathways that support children, empower families, and create lasting progress across home, school, and community environments.
Meet the founder
Jasmine Hernandez, BCBA, LBA, is the Founder and Clinical Director of Aspire Developmental Pathways. Her experience spans clinical, home, school, and community settings, where she has supported children with a wide range of developmental, behavioral, communication, and learning needs.
Jasmine works closely with families, educators, school teams, and other professionals to create practical, individualized supports that can be carried across environments. She also provides training and consultation to parents, school staff, and providers, with a strong belief that meaningful progress is most sustainable when the adults supporting a child are informed, confident, and working together.
Her perspective is both professional and personal. As a wife and mother of two, including a child who benefited from early intervention and additional developmental supports, Jasmine understands what it feels like to navigate services as a parent as well as a provider. This perspective shapes her commitment to compassionate care, clear communication, and truly collaborative partnerships with families and schools.
Through Aspire, Jasmine’s goal is to help children build meaningful skills while giving the adults around them the tools, understanding, and support needed to help those skills grow beyond the therapy setting.
